Maximum Occupancy: 6 All homes are strictly limited to the number of occupants indicated. Occupancy limitations are determined by Bedford County and are based on the size of the homes septic system. For the purpose of this regulation, anyone over the age of two years is considered an occupant.

Vaulted ceiling in the great room, lots of windows and doors invite you to step outside and take in the view and the quiet of this 1/2 acre wooded lot which faces south. For those who want to stay inside there are 3 TV's (1 new 40" flat screen, located in the living room) 2 offer Comcast Cable service, DVD player w/ many DVDs and board games. The cook will enjoy the full kitchen. The dining area seats 6 plus there is extra seating at a small bar or spill out onto the side deck with gas grill and patio furniture. Laundry room, 2 bedrooms and full bath, plus open loft w/ king bed, TV and full bath. Floating dock for boat tie-up, electricity and lights. Storage area available on dock w/table, umbrella, chairs & many water toys. Fire pit located by the water. Located within 1 mile of the State Park (public beach w/ lifeguards, 7 miles of hiking trails, boat rental pick-up, picnic pavilion, playground and nice boat launch). 2 miles from Mariner's Landing Golf Course (public course) 3 miles to White House Corner Store.

Bed Sizes: King, Queen, Full, Queen Sofa Bed Items to bring: LINENS (towels, wash cloths, sheets, pillow cases) trash bags, paper goods (toilet tissue, paper towels), detergent (dish & laundry) flashlight. Items NOT to bring: PETS, worries & stress. Items you’ll WISH you had brought: camera, sunblock, fishing gear, cooler.

| CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 60 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental deposit (less any pre-paid Travel Insurance fees) will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 60 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued.
