CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 60 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment(less any pre-paid Travel Insurance fees) will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 60 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. We suggest each tenant take advantage of our Travel Insurance to protect your money paid in the event of an unexpected cancellation. |
