Weber charcoal grill and new gas grill on the lake level patio. Located on a gentle lot that is shaded with a mountain view and walk-in water. Large dock w/ floater, electricity and lights. Located off Rt. 734 (Trading Post Road) in Saunder's Point near marker C-2. Bed Sizes: 2 Queen, 2 Twins Items to bring: LINENS (towels, wash cloths, sheets, pillow cases) trash bags, charcoal, paper goods (toilet tissue, paper towels), detergent (dish & laundry). Items NOT to bring: PETS, worries & stress. Items you’ll WISH you had brought: camera, video tapes, DVDs, water toys, sunblock, fishing gear, cooler. ***RENTALS ARE WEEKLY DURING PRIME SEASON, NIGHTLY WITH A 2-NIGHT MINIMUM ALL OTHER TIMES, EXCEPT 3 NIGHT MINIMUM ON HOLIDAYS. $80.00 CLEANING FEE AND $200.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT PER WEEK RENTED + 10% TAX ON RENT.

This house is easy to get to by boat when you launch from nearby Mitchell's Marina.	A walkway leads you from the main level to the covered patio. There, you can access the lower level that has a sitting area with a TV and VCR and a second bathroom.

Sit in the covered porch and enjoy the warm summer nights.	A gentle sloping lot allows for easy access to the dock and swimming area.

There's nothing like grilling out on a beautiful summer day!

This dock offers plenty of room for hanging out and enjoying the lake and the views.

A walk-in area into the lake is great for children to swim.	The floating dock makes it easy to tie up your boat. Use the swim ladder to get up onto the dock while swimming in the lake.

A wonderful screened-in porch is great for eating meals outside or just taking in the view.

This cozy living room is equipped with a 42" HDTV, DirecTV w/DVR, VCR and a DVD player.	Sliding glass doors by the dining area lead out to the screened in porch on the main level.

The open kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience.	The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed.

Another bedroom is furnished with a queen bed.	The third bedroom has two twin beds.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit, which will serve as the cancellation fee.
