Maximum Occupancy: 6 All homes are strictly limited to the number of occupants indicated. Occupancy limitations are determined by Bedford County and are based on the size of the homes septic system. For the purpose of this regulation, anyone over the age of two years is considered an occupant. Located in Village East, near marker R-26, on a large quiet cove. There is a gentle slope to the lake, with few steps. All rooms have large windows and glass doors overlooking the lake. The home is located near Smith Mountain Lake's own winery, Hickory Hills Vineyards. The main floor includes an expansive great room with hardwood floors and plush carpet. The large master suite has his and hers grooming areas and a jacuzzi tub with skylight and window overlooking the lake. Kitchen has double ovens, cherry raised panel cabinets, a triple sink, and glass cook top. The breakfast bar separates the kitchen and the dining room which is surrounded by windows. The laundry room is also on the main level with washer and dryer. A lakeside deck on the main level has outdoor dining furniture and a gas grill for outdoor meals. The lower level includes a large family room with wicker furniture and wet bar. 3 bedrooms and a full bath are also on the lower level with sliding glass doors that lead to the covered patio. 2 TVs w/DirecTV, VCR/DVD player and mini air hockey table located in the great room and lower level family room. Central A/C throughout. The dock area features deep water and 209 feet of shoreline for privacy, electric lift in covered boat slip, stationary dock, floating dock, fire pit, canoe, electricity and lights. Tiki bar w/small refrigerator and storage area. A community pool, boat launch (code needed for access) and tennis courts are available to use during your stay. Bed Sizes: 3 Queen, 4 Twin Items to bring: LINENS (towels, wash cloths, sheets, pillow cases) trash bags, paper goods (toilet tissue, paper towels), dish detergent, laundry detergent (high efficiency required), flashlight. Items NOT to bring: Worries & stress. Items you’ll WISH you had brought: camera, DVDs, VHS tapes, water toys, sunblock, fishing gear, cooler, lawn chairs. **RENTALS ARE WEEKLY DURING

out. Keep your boat in the covered boat hoist during your stay. Electricity, lights and a floating dock with a swim ladder are also found at the dock. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 60 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment (less any pre-paid Travel Insurance fees) will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 60 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued.
