CANCELLATION
POLICY: If
a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid
deposit will be fully refundable. If a
reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are
unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit, which will serve as the cancellation fee. |
