Maximum Occupancy: 6 All homes are strictly limited to the number of occupants indicated. Occupancy limitations are determined by Bedford County and are based on the size of the homes septic system. For the purpose of this regulation, anyone over the age of two years is considered an occupant.

dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, dishwasher, microwave, full

range.

Fireplaces are not available for tenant use.

Waterways is a waterfront residential community offering a pool, tennis and basketball courts and a private boat launch with trailer storage area (amenities key is needed for access). Boat slip is covered with a hoist (6000lb. Max, V-hull), electricity & lights.

| CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 60 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment (less any pre-paid Travel Insurance fees) will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 60 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued.
