Maximum Occupancy: 8 All homes are strictly limited to the number of occupants indicated. Occupancy limitations are determined by Bedford County and are based on the size of the homes septic system. For the purpose of this regulation, anyone over the age of two years is considered an occupant. This 3-level rustic, 1960s cabin has a wonderful full length screened porch. The house sits on a wooded point overlooking miles of water, the breeze is especially enjoyable from the wrap-around main-level screened porch w/swing. The dock offers a covered boat slip w/hoist (24', 6000lb maximum), floater, 2 swings, electricity and lights and is located just a short walk from the house. Excellent location for swimming, skiing, and fishing! Antique pool table in the lower level rec. room. 3 TVs with cable service, washer/dryer, central A/C, gas and charcoal grills, (no dishwasher). Rock fireplace in living room is inoperable. Magnificent sunset and wide water views. Beside of Coffey Grounds! Bed Sizes: 2 King, Queen, Full, 2 Extra Long Twin Items to bring: LINENS (towels, wash cloths, sheets, pillow cases) trash bags, paper goods (toilet tissue, paper towels), detergent (dish & laundry) flashlight. Items NOT to bring: Pets, worries & stress. | CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 60 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment (less any pre-paid Travel Insurance fees) will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 60 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued.
