The lower level of the home has a comfortable family room w/ second TV with a DVD player and a fireplace with gas logs for the fall and winter months. A second kitchen downstairs also allows for convenient cooking. Two bedrooms with a double bed in each and one bathroom are also located on the lower level. A furnished patio and gas grill are available to enjoy meals close to the lake. The lake level patio has a bar area and chairs for extra relaxation. A floating dock is also available for boat tie-up and swimming. Steps lead into the water for easy access. There is also a picnic table and fire bowl by the water for additional relaxation. CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit, which will serve as the cancellation fee.
