You'll find a flat screen TV w/ cable, brand new furniture and wifi access in each room! Enjoy private lakeside balconies from each level! Enjoy use of the covered boat slip, electricity & lights. Pool, basketball
and tennis courts are all located at the clubhouse, which is an easy walk (almost too short to drive) from the townhouse.

Bed Sizes: 3 Queen **RENTALS ARE WEEKLY DURING PRIME SEASON WITH TWO NIGHT MINIMUM ALL OTHER TIMES, EXCEPT 3 NIGHT MINIMUM ON HOLIDAYS. $250.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT PER WEEK RENTED AND $90.00 CLEANING FEE + 10% TAX. CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit will be fully refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date and we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to re-rent the property and secure the same monies for the property owner, all monies paid by the canceling party will be refunded excluding 1/2 of the pre-paid deposit, which will serve as the cancellation fee. |
